EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin early autism project malaysia Autism Task (WEAP) in September 2006. For all therapists, an initial training including 20 hours of classes and 3 weeks on hand-held training is called for before beginning work with a child with autism after which routine fortnightly if not once a week supervision is offered with normal overlaps and group meetings.
Early Autism Job Malaysia (EAP) is a provider for people with autism. The reason for the multiple degrees of supervision is that the autism range is extremely wide and the diversity each youngster has in terms of toughness, difficulties and age requires a high level of experience.
Each youngster at EAP is appointed a group of therapists that are supervised by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and a Senior Supervisor on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Progress Reviews twice a year. EAP remains to keep first-rate quality ABA treatment as we continue to have our parent company WEAP oversee our kids twice a year.
In 2020, the Hope Project launched Autism At Home – an online platform to launch free video clip resources and online material. EAP’s elderly clinic group supervises the high quality of ABA therapy offered at EAP and entirely has a consolidated experience of 32 years of clinical practice in the area of ABA.
