Social media users who logged onto social media today may have seen their timelines flooded with Elon Musk memes.
The memes, which are AI generated, depict the tech entrepreneur as President-elect Donald Trump’s First Lady.
According to the Daily Dot, the memes started after Musk was featured in a Trump family photo.
They then gathered steam when a false rumor was spread that author Stephen King had been banned from X, formerly Twitter, for referring to Musk as ‘Trump’s First Lady.’

King later clarified that the rumors weren’t true and that he had not been banned from the platform.
‘I see there’s a rumor going around that I called the Musk-man Trump’s new first lady,’ King posted.
‘I didn’t, but only because I didn’t think of it. There’s also a rumor going around that Muskie kicked me off Twitter. Yet here I am.’

In the memes, dark web the entrepreneur has been transformed into a stately female figure using AI tools.
It comes as Trump officially tapped Musk to ‘dismantle’ the $6.5 trillion bloated US bureaucracy by spearheading the newly created ‘Department of Government Efficiency.’
Trump made the bombshell announcement Tuesday night saying Musk will co-lead the ‘Manhattan Project of our time’ with former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
‘This will send shockwaves through the system, and anyone involved in Government waste, which is a lot of people!’ Musk said in a statement.

Trump said the immense project will ‘drive out the massive waste and fraud’ and would be completed by July 4, 2026.
